On Nov.13, Guangzhou Shihedao Network Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Guangzhou Shihedao), the branch of  Wuhan Shihedao Network Technology Co., Ltd., grandly opened in Daluotang, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, attended by hundreds of partners of industries like food ingredient manufacturing, food supply chain, exhibition services, associations, media etc.

The Daluotang area has always been an important distribution center for frozen food ingredients in Guangdong and even the whole country, as well as a wholesale and trading center for imported cold chain food in China. At the opening ceremony, Mr. Zhu Changliang, founder of Liang Zhi Long · China Food Trade Fair and Global Seafood Trade Fair, delivered a speech.

He said that 11 cuisine exhibitions of Liang Zhi Long had been held nationwide  in 2023. It’s the first time that The Cantonese Cuisine E-Commerce Fair was upgraded to Global Seafood Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as GSTF). GSTF is an international exhibition which focus on global seafood trade and the free circulation of aquatic products. The establishment of Guangzhou Shihedao is precisely to match the corresponding services for the exhibition. It will provide diversified and efficient interactive cooperation for both supply and demand sides with high-quality service, and continuously enhance the value of food supply chain.

What’s more, Guangzhou Shihedao will closely cooperate with world-renowned food companies, ingredient suppliers, and traders. It will connect domestic and foreign markets, gain insight into industry opportunities, explore business ideas, and work together with Chinese and foreign enterprises to create a world-leading service brand of symbiotic catering supply chain.

In the presence of guests, Mr. Zhu Changliang, the founder of Liangzhilong China Food Trade Fair and Global Seafood Trade Fair, and Ms. Chen Siyun, the Director of the International Business Department of Guangzhou Shihedao , jointly unveiled Guangzhou Shihedao, and the organizing committee of Global Seafood Trade Fair.

2024 Global Seafood Trade Fair Promotion and Reception was held in Junfeng Xiyan Hotel.

Mr. Zhu Changliang delivered a speech. He said, it’s a stock market for import and export food ingredients at present. In terms of food ingredient enterprises,  reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and giving profits to customers are particularly important. The key is to integrate the supply chain with ecological forces, making the supply chain stronger. It is a starting point that Global Seafood Trade Fair based on. 

The Global Seafood Trade Fair is a service platform to meet the demand of food ingredient trade, connecting multiple businesses such as food ingredients, logistics, finance, procurement, etc., so as to create more efficient cooperation.

Besides, the organizing committee of the Global Seafood Trade Fair will further connect the market in the future. “In 2023, eleven cuisine exhibitions of Liang Zhi Long had been held all round the country. Next year, we are planning to  hold 15 exhibitions. Through deeply connect with channels, we hope that the cuisine exhibition can be held in more provinces, introducing industry and ecological forces, and creating a stronger platform to promote the development of China's catering industry.” said Mr. Zhu Changliang.

Chen Siyun, Director of the International Business department of Guangzhou Shihedao, introduced the basic information of Global Seafood Trade Fair 2024. 

She said, we will invite 40,000 professional visitors from domestic chain catering, food ingredient manufacturers, distributors, as well as international catering brands, traders, and import and export service providers to visit the trade fair. By buying and selling globally, providing broad market opportunities and precise docking platforms for global seafood suppliers and international traders, we will help ASEAN ten countries efficiently connect seafood products to the market, and continuously improving the professionalism and internationalization of the Global Seafood Trade Fair, leading the global seafood industry in new food trends.
