The Food Ingredient Supply Chain Branch of the China Food, Native Produce and Animal By-products Import and Export Chamber of Commerce has been officially established, opening a new chapter in the internationalization of Chinese cuisine and the import and export of food ingredients!

On June 20th, the Establishment Ceremony of the Food Ingredient Supply Chain Branch of the China Food, Native Produce and Animal By-products Import and Export Chamber of Commerce was held in a grand and enthusiastic atmosphere. The establishment of this branch is another hallmark of the vigorous development of China's food ingredient supply chain industry, which will effectively promote close cooperation between the government and enterprises, advance the internationalization of Chinese cuisine, and optimize the import and export trade environment for food ingredients



The establishment of the Food Ingredient Supply Chain Branch aims to serve as a bridge between the government and enterprises, building platforms and channels for trade and circulation. It will fully leverage its unique resource advantages to break through the bottlenecks of Chinese cuisine ingredients going overseas, explore new international markets, and provide broader development opportunities for domestic food ingredient enterprises.


Zhou Wen, Director of the Information Membership and Liaison Department of the China Food, Native Produce and Animal By-products Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, delivered a speech.


He stated that the establishment of the Food Ingredient Supply Chain Branch is another major event that promotes China's food ingredient import and export as well as international business cooperation and cultural exchanges in the food and beverage sector. It will play a significant role in the dual-circulation development of the domestic and international food and beverage industry. The Special Office of the Ministry of Commerce in Guangzhou will integrate all available resources to fully support the work of the Food Ingredient Supply Chain Branch, promote high-quality development of food ingredient import and export, enhance the quality of supply in China's consumer market, and better meet people's demands for high-quality living.




Cao Derong, President of the China Food, Native Produce and Animal By-products Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, delivered a speech.


He stated that the branch will actively coordinate and promote the facilitation and standardization of food ingredient import trade. The branch will work closely with relevant government departments to promote the improvement and implementation of import policies, optimize import processes, and enhance customs clearance efficiency. At the same time, the branch will also strengthen quality supervision of imported food ingredients and the establishment of traceability systems to ensure the safety, hygiene, and reliability of imported food ingredients, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of domestic consumers.




Zhu Changliang, Chairman of Wuhan Liangzhilong Food Co., Ltd. and Founder of Liangzhilong·China Food Ingredient E-commerce Festival, delivered a speech.


He believed that the establishment of the Food Ingredient Supply Chain Branch is of great significance for promoting the development of China's food ingredient supply chain industry, advancing the internationalization of Chinese cuisine, and optimizing the import and export trade environment for food ingredients. It will provide better organizational leadership for Chinese cuisine to go overseas. He believed that under the leadership and promotion of the branch, China's food ingredient supply chain industry and import and export business will usher in a better future.



Subsequently, the core processes of the conference began: the interpretation of the bylaws and work plans of the Food Ingredient Supply Chain Branch, followed by the on-site election of the council, supervisory board, and secretary-general of the Food Ingredient Supply Chain Branch. After the leadership team was established, Cao Derong, President of the China Food, Native Produce and Animal By-products Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, announced the official establishment of the Food Ingredient Supply Chain Branch.




The conference also hosted forums on seafood, aquatic products, and the import and export of food ingredients. Many guests engaged in discussions and shared insights on topics such as market opportunities for the import and export of food, aquatic products, and food ingredients, international market access standards and regulations, and cases of international exchange and cooperation.
