The innovative "one exhibition, two cities" model is a highlight of this Global Seafood (Shrimp) Trade Festival. By holding events in both Zhanjiang and Guangzhou, the exhibition focuses on aquatic products and the internationalization of Chinese cuisine, enabling production enterprises, distributors, and foreign buyers and sellers to plan their schedules more effectively and further connecting the trade ecosystems of these two key aquatic product cities.

Relying on Cantonese prefabricated meal ingredients, Liangzhilong·China Cantonese Cuisine Ingredients E-commerce Festival, together with the Global Seafood (Shrimp) Trade Festival, has deeply collaborated with Zhanjiang, the city of aquatic products, further consolidating the status of these exhibitions as leading professional ingredient supply chain events for aquatic products, especially shrimp.

Liangzhilong·4th China Cantonese Cuisine Ingredients E-commerce Festival 2024 exhibited over 10,000 high-quality and popular ingredients, including various aquatic (seafood) products, poultry products, high-end beef and mutton, pork and other fresh meat cuts, prefabricated meal ingredient series, refined aquatic product ingredient series, seasoned and flavored foods, ingredient processing, storage, and packaging equipment and facilities, etc.

Apart from product exhibitions, the exhibition also stood at the forefront of the domestic shrimp industry in terms of industry trend discussions, linking the industry ecosystem and hosting heavyweight forums, conferences, competitions, and other events. It brought the latest aquaculture technologies and food industry dynamics, and on-site training courses for the internationalization of Chinese cuisine helped domestic aquatic product and food enterprises move more smoothly onto the international stage and explore broader markets.
